Capucine Demulder
Head of Business Development and Sales Strategy
Capucine Demulder leads business development and sales strategy for the group and serves as a bloodstock advisor and portfolio manager, integrating market insight with hands‑on management. With more than three decades of experience buying and selling thoroughbreds for leading players—including Sheikh Mohammed al Maktoum, Stonestreet Farm, WinStar Farm, and SF Bloodstock—she pairs deep relationships with practical portfolio stewardship.
Her transactional career spans the world’s major auction houses—Keeneland, Fasig Tipton, and Tattersalls—where she is known for precise pedigree assessment and real-time valuation. Capucine advises family offices in Dubai, London, and the U.S., and frequently supports agents and owners who are entering or scaling in the European market — offering representation at the sales and guidance on race placement, training selection, season planning, and timing for resale.
Beyond transactions, she has organized high‑profile polo and racing events and coordinated sponsorships across the U.S., Europe, and the UAE, creating distinctive touchpoints for investor engagement and brand visibility.

Charles Mourier
Racing Management & Logistics
Charles Mourier grew up immersed in the racing world, riding long before he could walk. Splitting his childhood between France and the United States, he became an accomplished pony racing champion with wins in major junior events such as the Junior Maryland Hunt Cup and the U.S. Grand National. This early success shaped an intuitive and prudent horseman with a genuine eye for young talent.
Charles complemented his equestrian background with formal business and finance studies. He holds CFA credentials, and his career includes experience in investment research, corporate strategy, and M&A—skills he now applies to developing racing operations and bloodstock logistics.
His global exposure to racing and bloodstock markets in France, the UK, Ireland, and the U.S. enables him to identify promising prospects before they hit the wider market. Combining hands-on horsemanship with structured planning, Charles leverages his analytical skills to optimize race placement, international movement, and project pipeline development.
In addition to our core team, we draw on a trusted network of elite professionals—trainers, jockeys, and bloodstock researchers—recognized for their work with leading racing stables and international champions. These relationships provide access to insights, data, and opportunities that strengthen our ability to source and develop high-value assets.
